Retro Camera

It was a weekend of a million pictures... well not literally but that's what my phone was thinking. It died twice!
Chris showed me an app that he had gotten that takes 3 pictures in a row and then gives you a composite image of them.
Neat right? Especially with a constantly moving Rupert... so I bought it. (I'm a sucker)
Here's what I got...

Rupert playing with Woody at our friends house

Oops, skipped a part... FIRST, that morning I had been playing with the editing images on my phone and got these of Rupert spacing out watching cartoons and eating a pop tart (hush, I am too a good parent!)

Oooh, Spongebob

Big stretch, Hi Mommy!

Cheese boog

Can't sit still for a picture, nooooo

Take a picture of my foot!
(I happen to adore his crooked toes, so that's ok by me!)

Then I discovered a free app called retro camera.
Get it.
Pull out your smart phone now and download the damn thing.
It's amazing.
Or I think it's amazing.
I don't have a thousand dollar camera, though I really want one, so I don't get to do all the artsy fartsy fun stuff that I see (and envy) everyone else doing.

I feel like these are pretty stinking close to what I want... just don't think I could print them this quality. So for now I relish them online and dream of the day when I can get a super duper fabulous camera (*sigh)

Rachel and I goofing off :)

I LOVE RACHEL

Playing with the camera in the carport.
Ooooooh, artsy :)

Rupert's photoshoot:

Bored, I'll watch tv...

Watching tv again. Note to self: shut off the television if you are trying to hold the attention of a toddler

Stealing looks at the tv

Silly faces

That's what I was looking for

Passed out

I love this look

Big smiles

Dorky smiles

He said "Geesh Mom, I'm done...." and let his head fall forward like he passed out. Dramatic much?!?!

My goofy boy

I wanna

I know all I've been talking about recently is how I can't wait for Halloween and fall... I can't help it.
This morning felt very fall like and it inspired me to make a list of all the things I love about this season.
Enjoy.

Quality family time outdoors

Stews, soups, comfort food

Reading lots and lots of books

Comfy socks

Jack O Lanterns

Spending more time with my Boogie

Another excuse for hot coffee

Knitting

Scary movies!

Fires in the yard

Hot apple cider

Rainy days

Warm, confy, oversized sweaters

Currently, I feel like curling up inside a fall day (non-work day preferably) and never ever leaving.
